Location

The Theo Sunset Bay Hotel is situated in a quiet, elevated location and offers magnificent views of the sea. The public natural beach (bathing shoes recommended) is just approx. 150 m away, and Kissonerga is approx. 400 m away.
The town center of Paphos is about 12 km away and offers many excursion destinations and sights. A bus stop with regular services is located in front of the hotel.
Paphos Airport is approx. 18 km away, and Larnaca Airport is approx. 140 km away.

Facilities

The spacious hotel complex comprises 253 rooms spread across several buildings. It features a large lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room, and a mini-market/souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.
Culinary variety is provided by the two restaurants "Christina" and "Andriana," each offering magnificent views of the sea. Located in the gardens are the "Theo Café & Poolbar" as well as two large swimming pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool; a fee applies at the beach. Bath towels are also provided free of charge.
