Opened in 2020, the modern hotel is located directly on the Mediterranean coast in Kissonerga. A swimming bay is within walking distance. The centre and the harbour of Paphos with numerous entertainment and shopping facilities are about 8 km away, and a bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Paphos Airport is approx. 17 km away, Larnaca Airport approx. 138 km away.

The hotel, which has a total of 327 rooms, features a lobby with a bar and 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), air conditioning, a souvenir shop, 4 lifts, 5 restaurants and a total of 6 bars. The outdoor area has four fresh water swimming pools with a separate children's pool (open from March-October), a water park, a pool bar and a sun terrace with sunshades and loungers (included by the pools). Free parking is available depending on availability.

Family Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature an additional bedroom separated by a sliding door, a balcony and sea view (F2M).

Suite

These suites have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious and offer a walk-in shower and an espresso machine (S2).
Also bookable with partial sea view (2SS).

Swim-up Suite Sea View

With otherwise the same amenities as the suites, these rooms feature a terrace with direct access to the shared pool and sea view (W2Q).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons for children, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Breakfast from 7-10 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm and dinner from 6:30-9 pm served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants (2 times for stays of 4-13 nights, 3 times for stays of 14 nights or more; reservation required).
Between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm, cold and warm snacks are available at the open snack bars. The pool bar offers ice cream and a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 am to 6 pm.
At "Scoops Gelateria," you can enjoy a special selection of ice cream with various toppings.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the bar that is open from 10 am to midnight.
Appropriate attire is requested during all meals (smart casual; men wear long trousers, no swimwear).
