Location

The Aktea Beach Village is located on a natural coastline of Ayia Napa. A paved nature path runs between the beach and the hotel, connecting all hotels located on the Ayia Napa coast up to the 9 km distant Cape Greco (nature reserve). The well-known beaches Nissi Beach and Sandy Beach are reachable in approx. 200 m. Numerous shops and entertainment facilities are located in the vicinity. The center of Ayia Napa is about 2 km away; public transport connections are available. The distance to Larnaca Airport is approx. 50 km.

The hotel offers a total of 148 accommodation units spread across the annex buildings. Amenities include a lobby, reception, restaurant, bar, a heated indoor pool (usable depending on the season), and a mini-market in the main building. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The spacious outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar (seasonal), and a sun terrace with loungers (free here, charged at the beach). Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Studio

The comfortably furnished studios have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, a combined living/sleeping area with a kitchenette, telephone, safe for rent, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, and a balcony or terrace (S12/STI only bookable with All Inclusive).
Also available for single occupancy (S11) or as a budget studio (ST2, only in the summer season).

Arrival by car

After leaving the airport, take the highway towards Agia Napa/Paralimni. The drive is straight for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Shortly before Agia Napa, the large water park is visible on the right side. After about one kilometer, take the Agia Napa Tourist Area exit.
Following the exit, the route goes over a highway bridge, passes a gas station, and continues straight until you reach a traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light, and after approximately 300 meters, you will find a large souvenir shop on the left. Directly opposite, a road branches off to the right, leading directly to the Aktea Beach hotel.
