Location

The Aktea Beach Village is located on a natural coastline in Ayia Napa. A paved nature path runs between the beach and the hotel, connecting all hotels along Ayia Napa's coast, extending to Cape Greco (nature reserve), which is 9 km away. The well-known Nissi Beach and Sandy Beach are accessible within approximately 200m. Numerous shops and entertainment venues are in the vicinity. Ayia Napa's center is about 2 km away, with public bus connections available. The distance to Larnaca Airport is approximately 50 km.

The hotel features a total of 148 accommodation units spread across its annex buildings. Amenities include a lobby, reception, restaurant, bar, a heated indoor pool (seasonal), and a mini-market in the main building. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in public areas. The extensive outdoor area boasts a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar (seasonal), and a sun terrace with loungers (free here, charge applies at the beach). Bath towels are available for a deposit.

The comfortably furnished studios feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, a combined living/sleeping area with a kitchenette, telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, and a balcony or terrace (S12/STI only bookable with AI).

Arrival by car

After leaving the airport, take the highway towards Agia Napa/Paralimni. The drive is approximately 40 to 45 minutes straight ahead.
Shortly before Agia Napa, the large water park will be visible on the right. After about one kilometer, take the exit for Agia Napa Tourist Area.
Follow the exit, cross over an overpass, pass a gas station, and continue straight until you reach a traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light. After approximately 300 meters, there will be a large souvenir shop on your left. Directly opposite, a road branches off to the right, leading directly to the Aktea Beach hotel.
