Built in a Mediterranean style, the complex has a total of 150 rooms and features an entrance area with a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, TV corner, bar-restaurant, main restaurant, à la carte restaurant, a cozy terrace for breakfast, snacks, and lunch, as well as a bar and hairdresser.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a children's pool and a swimming pool with a sun terrace, as well as a pool/snack bar (seasonal). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee at the beach (seasonal). A heated indoor pool is available during the winter season.

Double room side sea view

The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, coffee/tea station, minibar (for a fee), safe, a bottle of water upon arrival, balcony, and side sea view (DMS).
Alternatively bookable with direct sea view (DM/DMI) or as a super saver room facing inland with the same facilities (SSZ).

Double room=Single room

Single rooms are double rooms for sole occupancy with side sea view (DES) or direct sea view (DEM).

Double room Superior side sea view

With the same facilities as the double rooms, slightly more spacious with shower/WC and side sea view (D2S/AQ2).
Alternatively bookable for sole occupancy (1SD).

Bungalow Executive Sharing Pool

These are more luxuriously furnished than the double rooms and are located in smaller buildings around the pool with side sea view or pool view. They are more spacious and additionally feature a sofa or extra bed, bathrobes and slippers, espresso machine, furnished terrace, and access to the sharing pool (BE2).
Fruit and wine are provided upon arrival, as well as a daily bottle of water.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access represent an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Junior suite sea view

These are more spacious than the executive rooms and are located in the main building with pool/sea view. With the same luxurious furnishings, they feature a shower/WC, and additionally a 55" smart TV, safe, bathrobes and slippers, minibar, tea set, and an espresso machine (J2M).
Fruit and wine are provided upon arrival, as well as a daily bottle of water.

Grand Suite pool/sea view

These spacious suites, decorated in warm colors, offer luxury and relaxation at a high level. They consist of a total of 3 rooms, divided into two bedrooms and a living/dining room, equipped with a full kitchenette. Furthermore, these rooms offer two separate bathrooms with a bathtub/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, 3 flat-screen satellite TVs, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea station, espresso machine, 2 bottles of mineral water per day, as well as a balcony/terrace with a whirlpool and sea view.
Upon arrival, guests also receive a fruit basket, house wine, and canapés (GR2, bookable on request).
