The hotel is located directly on one of the island's most beautiful sandy beaches, Makronissos Beach. A few shops and restaurants are located about 500 m away. Ayia Napa, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is about 4 km away. Local bus connection nearby.

The hotel has 288 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, internet corner, souvenir shop, hair salon, and an indoor pool (heated 1.4.–21.5. and 20.10.–30.11.). Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.
Culinary needs are catered for by a non-smoking restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants (seafood and pool restaurant), and a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Makronissos Bay.
In the garden area, there are two swimming pools with a sun terrace, two pool bars (one of which is a pool/snack bar), a cocktail bar with a spacious sea-view terrace, and a beach bar (for a fee) with music. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are provided free of charge.

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these also feature direct access to the sharing pool (SH2).

These luxuriously and modernly furnished rooms feature a walk-in rain shower, WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 43'' LED TV, safe, espresso machine, minibar with soft drinks (daily replenishment), and a balcony with a direct sea view (DMU).
Fruit and wine provided in the room upon arrival.

Family room

These feature the same facilities as the double rooms, plus a bunk bed for up to 2 children (DF2).

Swim-up junior suite sea view

The junior suites have similar facilities to the double rooms and also feature a separate seating area, bathrobes and slippers, safe, espresso machine, minibar with soft drinks (daily replenishment), outdoor whirlpool, and access to the sharing pool. They are located on the ground floor and feature a terrace with sun loungers and a sea view (W2).

A selection of local alcoholic drinks such as wine, draft beer, and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, filter coffee, soft drinks, and selected cocktails at the respective open bars from 10 am – midnight.

Arrival by car

After leaving the airport, the route initially leads along the motorway towards Ayia Napa and Paralimni. The drive takes about 40 to 45 minutes straight ahead.
Shortly before Ayia Napa, exit the motorway at the Agia Thekla, Sotira, Waterpark exit. Then follow the road across a motorway bridge to an intersection where you turn left towards Ayia Napa.
About halfway along the route, you will find the water park on the left side. Around 500 meters after that, turn right following the signs for Makronissos Beach. After another 200 meters, the Asterias Hotel is on the left.
