The completely renovated, modern family hotel is located approx. 250 m from the fine, white sandy beach and the picturesque fishing harbor. The center of Ayia Napa with its numerous entertainment options can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Larnaca Airport is approx. 58 kilometers from the hotel.

It also offers a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, TV lounge, a spa, a main restaurant "Minos", an à la carte restaurant "Thetis-Lounge" and a main bar. The cozy furnished rooms (approx. 22 sqm) are modernly equipped and have a bath or shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, 32" satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe and a balcony or terrace (DSU).
Also bookable at an additional cost for single occupancy (DSE), with side (D2S) or direct sea view (DMU).

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The Deluxe rooms (approx. 22 sqm) have the same amenities as the double rooms but are elegantly furnished and feature a shower/toilet, coffee/tea station, espresso machine, bathrobes, slippers, and exclusive toiletries. Guests receive a free bottle of water daily, and upon arrival, a bottle of wine and a fruit basket are provided. The rooms have a sea view (DDM).

Junior Suite Sea View

The spacious junior suites (approx. 28-31 sqm) have the same amenities as the deluxe rooms and feature a combined living and sleeping area, a second LCD satellite TV, and a beautiful furnished balcony with comfortable lounge chairs (J2M). Upon arrival, a bottle of water, a bottle of wine, and a fruit basket are provided.

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (1-2:30 pm) and dinner (7-9:30 pm) served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Snacks from 11 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 5 pm at the pool bar (one order per guest each time). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as beer, wine, hot drinks, and cocktails are included from 11 am to 11 pm at the open bars.
Ice cream is available for children up to 12 years from 10:30 am to 11 pm.
All-inclusive guests receive a 20% discount on à la carte food at the Dionysos Bar (10:30 am-5:30 pm) and a 30% discount on non-inclusive drinks at the Dionysos Bar (10:30 am-11 pm).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
