Location

The complex is situated in a quiet location, above the Atlantic Ocean with views of Mount Teide, the Orotava Valley and Puerto de La Cruz. Puerto de La Cruz is approximately 7 km away. The centre of Santa Ursula town with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is about a 5-minute drive away.

The generously designed complex is bright and friendly, featuring 60 residential units spread across different levels. It also offers a spacious garden area with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols, as well as two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. A small supermarket and a restaurant serving local specialities are located in the immediate vicinity.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments, approximately 60m², feature a living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, a well-equipped kitchenette (including a kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and more), Wi-Fi (included), and a furnished balcony with mountain views (A12).
Optional sea view (2AM), pool view (2AB), or pool/sea view (MAP) also available.
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11/1AM/MP1).

1 Bedroom Bungalow

These bungalows have the same amenities as the apartments, with a separate entrance and a terrace or balcony (B12).
Also available for single occupancy (B11).

Bungalow Studio

The studios are located in the upper area of the bungalows and feature a combined living/sleeping area, a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, and a well-equipped kitchenette with sea view and balcony (SM2).
Also available for single occupancy (SM1).
