Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambience for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, twin beds are available in some cases. The well-thought-out design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or in some cases portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean-view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (partially twin beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The well-thought-out design and the spacious feeling make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the “Pummid’Oro” pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the “Tutti a Tavola” family restaurant, and the “Laboratorio del Gusto,” where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partially for a fee and by reservation). Mealtimes in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the Sports Bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied moments of enjoyment for every taste.

In addition to full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The drinks package ensures varied moments of enjoyment and underlines the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines allow for sports activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports court and a jogging track are also available, offering numerous possibilities for exercise and sporting balance under the open sky. Thus, activity, relaxation, and a holiday experience can be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sports activities, various classes such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional support can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows your personal fitness program to be designed flexibly even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Kids Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (7–11 years) offers a varied entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool and an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which ensures additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over about 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Amenities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium, and several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite you to enjoy relaxing breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish atmosphere.

Entertainment

Varied entertainment is provided by spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a discotheque, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse on-board program offers numerous possibilities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
Four pools are available for relaxation and swimming fun, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which allows impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme nights, interactive events, and other on-board events that ensure sociable hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky Cabin: When booking a Lucky Cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected, and the assignment of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa. This may include, among other things, cabins with twin beds, connecting doors, limited visibility, or accessible cabins. The mealtimes in the main restaurants are also determined by Costa.

HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel

Location

In the Costa Adeje district. A small bathing bay (with direct access from the pool area) is located near the Puerto Colon marina and the lively promenade is located directly at the hotel.

The well-known apartment hotel, which is particularly suitable for families, features a lobby with reception, a lounge, a non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a theme restaurant (reservation at the reception required; from a minimum stay of 7 nights, dinner is included 1x per stay, for Excellence guests 2x per stay) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, card room, and a bar. In the outdoor area, there are two heatable (during the winter season) freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool, a splash zone, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (included), as well as a pool/snack bar "Bubble-Bar". Beach towels available against a deposit. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.

The apartments are newly renovated and comfortably furnished. They feature a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, and toaster (on request/subject to availability), and a refrigerator. They also have a separate bedroom and living room. All apartments have air conditioning, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, rental safe, and free Wi-Fi (A12).

Family apartment (approx. 46 m²)

The family apartments have the same equipment as the Comfort apartments but are equipped with a double bed for the parents in the living room (and a sofa bed) and a separate children's room, are themed for families, and additionally have a child's stool and bottle warmer. The rooms have partial pool or garden access (APF).

Superior apartment sea view (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments have the same equipment as the Comfort apartments. In addition, the rooms have a sea view and amenities in the bathroom (ASZ).

The Excellence apartments are high-quality and modernly furnished, with a sea view, and have the same equipment as the Superior apartments. In addition, these rooms have a large balcony or terrace with sun loungers, a refrigerator upon arrival with a welcome package (drinks), a coffee machine with daily capsule replenishment, bathrobes and slippers, bathroom amenities, pillow menu, and turndown service.
