Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-per-view for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some have separate beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or sometimes portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the sea-view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and spacious feeling make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from around the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria "Pummid’Oro," the Teppanyaki Restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," and the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by guests (partly for a fee and by reservation). Meal times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is complemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse culinary moments for every taste.

The MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked in addition to full board services. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for any time of day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, spirits, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The beverage package ensures varied enjoyment and emphasizes the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength equipment enable sports activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports court and a jogging track are also available and offer numerous possibilities for exercise and sporting balance in the fresh air. This allows activity, relaxation, and holiday experience to be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sports activities, various classes such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). Thus, personal fitness programs can also be flexibly designed during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok children's club. While the youngest guests can let off steam with games and creative activities in the Mini Club (3–6 years), the Maxi Club (7–11 years) offers a diverse entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions for making new friends and spending varied holiday days.
The offer is complemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which ensures additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over approx. 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Facilities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium, and several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite you to relaxing time-outs and pure regeneration in a stylish atmosphere.

Entertainment

Spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a nightclub, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over ensure varied entertainment. The diverse onboard program offers numerous possibilities for entertaining hours at sea, both during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, there are four pools available, including an indoor pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which offers impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme evenings, interactive events, and other onboard events that ensure convivial hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky cabin: When booking a "Lucky cabin" (Glückskabine), the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected; the assignment of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa. HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel

Location

In the Costa Adeje district. A small swimming bay (with direct access from the pool area) is located near the Puerto Colon marina, and the lively promenade is located directly by the hotel.

The well-known aparthotel, which is particularly suitable for families, features a lobby with reception, lounge, non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a theme restaurant (reservation required at reception, dinner included once per stay from a minimum stay of 7 nights, twice per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, card room, and bar. In the outdoor area, there are two freshwater pools (heatable in the winter season) with integrated children's pool, splash zone, sun terrace with loungers and parasols (included), as well as a pool/snack bar "Bubble-Bar". Pool towels are available against a deposit. Wi-Fi free in the entire hotel.

The apartments have been newly renovated and are comfortably furnished. The family apartments have the same equipment as the Comfort apartments but are equipped with a double bed for the parents in the living room (and sofa bed) and a separate children's room, are themed for families, and additionally have a child's stool and bottle warmer. These apartments have the same equipment as the Comfort apartments. Additionally, the rooms have a sea view and amenities in the bathroom (ASZ).

The Excellence apartments are high-quality and modernly furnished, with a sea view, and have the same equipment as the Superior apartments. Additionally, these rooms have a large balcony or terrace with loungers, refrigerator on arrival with a welcome package (drinks), coffee machine with daily capsule replenishment, bathrobe and slippers, amenities in the bathroom, pillow menu, and turndown service.
