Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins on the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-per-view TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee) and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, separate beds are sometimes available. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins on the Costa Smeralda have a large window or sometimes portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (sometimes separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and the generous sense of space make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins on the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki Restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the "Laboratorio del Gusto", where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partly for a fee and reservation required). Dining times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied moments of indulgence for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano as well as beer, soft drinks and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé and white wines, Prosecco and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The drinks package ensures varied moments of indulgence and underscores the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines enable sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports field and a jogging track are also available and offer numerous opportunities for movement and sporting balance under the open sky. Thus, activity, relaxation and the holiday experience can be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various classes such as yoga, Pilates and Kinesis are available in the aerobics studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional support can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows your personal fitness program to be flexibly arranged during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Children's Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam with games and creative activities in the Mini-Club (3–6 years), the Maxi-Club (7–11 years) offers a diverse entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games and meeting points. This gives young guests the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers around 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Facilities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium and several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty and massage treatments that invite you to enjoy relaxing breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a discotheque and a casino for guests aged 18 and over are provided. The diverse on-board program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of around 65 meters, which enables impressive views of the sea.

Los Olivos Beach Resort

Location

The beach hotel is located in a prime position in the Playa Fañabé district, on the kilometer-long promenade by the sandy beach, which is perfect for strolling. Enjoy the excellent location with restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity along the waterfront promenade. The famous "Siam Park" water park is about 5 minutes away by car.

The stylishly designed apartment complex, built in a terrace style down to the promenade, consists of 191 units on 2 floors. Use of Wi-Fi at the reception area and throughout the complex is free of charge. The resort has a buffet restaurant (in the Lagos de Fañabé resort area) and a pool snack bar. In the spacious and modernly designed outdoor area, there are 2 freshwater pools (only the main pool is heated), one of which is for children with a small water slide (not heated): Children will love it here! Relax in the Sky Bar Margarita's (access for a fee, more information can be found under All inclusive Premium) with a breathtaking view of the sea, or use one of the idyllically landscaped sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols. Refreshments are available for a fee at the "La Palapa" pool bar. For relaxation, Balinese beds (bookable on site/for a fee) and sun loungers with parasols are available at the Fañabe Beach Club (also bookable in advance as a beach package).

Junior suite

The approx. 40m² junior suites feature a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed (2 single beds), a sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, rental safe, satellite TV, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room for travelers (JS2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (JS1) and as a junior suite for sole use Type A at a special price (J1A).

1-bedroom apartment ("Silver")

With identical equipment to the junior suites, these apartments are approx. 47m² in size and feature a separate bedroom as well as a ceiling fan in the living room. Also with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
These apartments are located on the lower floor and have a terrace or a small private garden. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room for travelers (A12).

1-bedroom Superior apartment Sea View ("Gold")

These apartments are located on the upper floors (accessible only by stairs, no elevator) with identical equipment to the "Silver" apartments and feature air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, and access to a roof terrace with sun loungers. Sea view only from the roof terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room for travelers (M2U).

Duplex Suite Sea View private pool

The approx. 99m² duplex villas feature 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom each per bedroom on the upper floor and 1 guest WC on the ground floor) and are spread over 2 floors (spiral staircase). These are located in the first row and are separated from the sea only by the beach promenade. Amenities include a roof terrace incl. sun loungers as well as a small private garden with a pool, which can be reached via the living room. Also feature air conditioning on every floor.
All villas additionally feature a separate and fully equipped kitchen. Exclusive sea view from the roof terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room for travelers (QP2/QPB).
