Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee) and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some twin beds are available. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or some portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the sea-view cabins accommodate 2 to 4 people (some have twin beds). Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and spacious feeling make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. Your own balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the "Laboratorio del Gusto", where you can prepare selected dishes yourself (partly for a fee and by reservation). Mealtimes in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied culinary moments for every taste.

The MyItalian gourmet package can be added to the full board services. This includes a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. This includes cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano as well as beer, soft drinks and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé and white wines, Prosecco and Spumante. The offer is supplemented by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The drinks package ensures varied culinary moments and emphasizes the Italian way of life on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength equipment allow for sports activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, there is also a multi-purpose sports field and a jogging track, offering numerous opportunities for exercise and sports compensation in the open air. This allows activity, relaxation and a holiday experience to be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sports activities, various classes such as yoga, Pilates and Kinesis are available in the aerobics studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows your personal fitness program to be designed flexibly even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Children's Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini-Club (ages 3–6) with games and creative activities, the Maxi-Club (ages 7–11) has a diverse entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (ages 12–14) and the Teen Club (ages 15–17) are available with age-appropriate activities, games and meeting points. This allows young guests to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which ensures additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers around 6,000 m² over four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Facilities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish bath, solarium and several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by a wide range of wellness, beauty and massage treatments that invite you to enjoy relaxing breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish ambience.

Entertainment

Varied entertainment is provided by spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a disco and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming, there are four pools available, including an indoor pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of around 65 meters, which offers impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme evenings, interactive events and other onboard events that ensure sociable hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky Cabin: When booking a Lucky Cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside or balcony cabin) is selected, and the cabin number and deck are assigned by Costa. Iberostar Selection Sábila

Location

The modern, adults-only hotel of the popular Iberostar hotel chain, located with a completely new concept in the heart of Costa Adeje, is only separated from the sea by the pedestrian promenade and offers a breathtaking, beautiful location.
