Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, twin beds may be available. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high level of living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or portholes in some cases and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (partly twin beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and generous sense of space make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. Your own balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the "Tutti a Tavola" family restaurant, as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partly for a fee and by reservation). Meal times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is complemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse moments of enjoyment for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at any time of the day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is complemented by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The drink package ensures varied moments of enjoyment and underlines the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength equipment allow for sports activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, there is also a multi-purpose sports court and a jogging track, offering numerous opportunities for exercise and sporting balance in the open air. This allows activity, relaxation, and holiday experience to be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sports activities, various classes such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional support can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows you to flexibly design your personal fitness program even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Children's Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (ages 3–6) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (ages 7–11) offers a diverse entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, there is the Teen Junior Club (ages 12–14) and the Teen Club (ages 15–17) with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. This allows young guests to find the best conditions for making new friends and spending varied holiday days.
The offer is complemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers about 6,000 m² over four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Features include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium, and several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by various wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite you to enjoy relaxing breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish atmosphere.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, there are spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a disco, as well as a casino for guests 18 and older. The diverse on-board program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions, as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which allows for impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric themed evenings, interactive events, and other on-board events that ensure sociable hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky cabin: When booking a Lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected, and the assignment of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa. It is approx. 250 m to the nearest bathing bay and numerous shopping and entertainment options are located in the vicinity.
