Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins can accommodate up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some feature twin beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or, in some cases, portholes, and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², these sea-view cabins can accommodate 2 to 4 people (some with twin beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful layout and spacious feel make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during your cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. Your own private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² (plus balcony) and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from around the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the "Tutti a Tavola" family restaurant, as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partly for a fee and by reservation). Dining times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is complemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlours. The Costa Smeralda thus offers diverse culinary moments for every taste.

The MyItalian gourmet package can be added to the full board services. This includes a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. This includes cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The beverage package ensures varied moments of indulgence and underscores the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with magnificent sea views offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines allow for sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports court and a jogging track are available, offering numerous opportunities for movement and sporting balance under the open sky. This allows you to optimally combine activity, relaxation, and a holiday experience on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various classes such as Yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows you to flexibly design your personal fitness programme even during your cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure programme in the popular Squok Kinderclub. While the youngest guests can let off steam at the Mini-Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi-Club (7–11 years) offers a diverse entertainment and activity programme.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. This provides young guests with the best conditions for making new friends and spending varied holiday days.
The offer is complemented by a children's paddling pool and an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which ensures additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers around 6,000 m² over four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Amenities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium, and several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by a wide range of wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite you to enjoy relaxing breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish ambience.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, the ship offers spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a nightclub, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard programme provides numerous options for entertaining hours at sea, both during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with multiple water slides and water attractions, as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which offers impressive views of the sea.

Lucky cabin: When booking a Lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected, but the assignment of the cabin number and deck is made by Costa. This may include cabins with twin beds, connecting doors, restricted views, or accessible cabins. The dining time in the main restaurants is also determined by Costa.
