The renovated Alua Tenerife hotel is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is about 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work by artist Cesar Manrique, is about a 2-minute walk (approx. 150m). Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
The world-famous Loro Parque is about a 10-minute walk away.

The comprehensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms on 5 floors, accessible by 6 elevators. Furthermore, the building features a panoramic elevator that goes up to the top floor, where there is a terrace with an impressive view over the city and coast. The hotel also includes a reception and 2 conference rooms.
