Inside Cabin

Onboard Costa Fortuna, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with the highest comfort. These are air-conditioned and offer an interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
The inside cabins are approximately 17m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. (some with separate beds).

Outside Cabin

Large windows (some portholes) in the ocean-view cabins offer a great view and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day. Ocean-view cabins are approximately 21m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests (some with separate beds).

Balcony Cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with its direct view of the water and offers an individual atmosphere with the best comfort on your private balcony. The cabins are approximately 17m², plus the balcony.

Location

The renovated Hotel Alua Tenerife is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is approximately 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work by artist Cesar Manriques, is about a 2-minute walk away (approx. 150m). Tenerife North Airport is approximately 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approximately 80 km away.
The world-famous Loro Parque is about a 10-minute walk away.

Facilities

The comprehensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms on 5 floors, accessible by 6 elevators. Furthermore, the building features a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, where there is a terrace with an impressive view of the city and coast. The hotel also includes a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel boasts a very beautiful and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sun loungers and umbrellas included), a heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (with deposit), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee).
