Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feel. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. Veranda cabin Comfort

More space for real holiday moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern amenities, a stylish bathroom and special features – from walk-in closets to separate areas for shower and toilet – create a particularly pleasant living atmosphere. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

The family-run complex is located in the Costa Adeje district in a central yet quiet location. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday. The sandy beach is approx. 350 m away. Shopping and entertainment options as well as the marina of Puerto Colón are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the centre of Playa de Las Américas and Troya beach in approx. 15 minutes.
