Bright daylight and an unobstructed view of the horizon: The 14–17 m² sea view cabins with window or porthole offer a pleasantly open feeling of space. Flexible bed solutions, a modern bathroom, and thoughtful details make these cabins a pleasant home at sea – perfect for joint discovery trips for couples, friends, and families.

Balcony cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. Your own balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful interior design, a comfortable double bed, possible additional sleeping options, and a modern bathroom create a relaxing oasis of well-being above the waves.

Veranda cabin comfort

More space for real holiday moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer approximately 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern furnishings, a stylish bathroom, and special features – from a walk-in closet to separate areas for shower and toilet – create an especially pleasant living experience. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea the perfect moment of indulgence.

Full board

From aromatic coffee for early risers to freshly baked pancakes in the morning to an extensive dinner after an eventful day of holiday: The buffet restaurants offer culinary variety that leaves little to be desired. Table drinks such as soft drinks, beer, and wine are included.
Additional à la carte restaurants (reservation required) and bars available for an extra charge.

Hotel Medano

Location

The Hotel El Medano is located in the small town of El Medano and is situated directly on the beach. In the town center, you will find several shops, bars, and restaurants with typical Canarian food. The beautiful swimming bay is also in the immediate vicinity.

The cozy hotel has 91 rooms on 5 floors. Amenities of the house include a 24-hour reception, lifts, lounge, panoramic breakfast buffet with international cuisine, TV room, as well as an à la carte restaurant with a view of the Atlantic and the famous "Montana Roja". Through the large terrace, you have direct access to the sea. In the outdoor area, you will find several sun terraces with free sun loungers and parasols. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

The friendly furnished rooms, renovated in 2023-2024, are equipped with bath/WC with shower, high-quality mattresses and a small pillow menu (2 pillows per person with different firmness), telephone, rental safe, mini-fridge (incl. water upon arrival), kettle with coffee and tea upon arrival, 43" Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (incl.), ceiling fan, premium quality mattresses and pillows, as well as a sea view (DM).

With the same facilities as the double room sea view balcony, but slightly smaller, with higher-quality decoration, extra-large mirror, bathroom with extra-large sink, and the balcony with sea view facing the beach side (DDM).

The balcony is either facing the beach side (larger balcony and deck chairs) or the Atlantic Ocean (DMU).

Extensive breakfast buffet.
Dinner is offered as a "Dine-Around" concept (from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM), where guests can have dinner in various restaurants within the town of El Médano. Guests can choose from a selection of prepared menus/dishes (depending on the restaurant).
Additionally, the hotel's own restaurant "Costa Roja" (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM/closed Monday + Tuesday) is available. This offers varied dishes with fresh, local, and high-quality products. The dishes are served on the ground floor directly by the sea – with lovely, elegant decor. (Reservation of all restaurants required at the reception).
