Sea view cabin

Bright daylight and an unobstructed view towards the horizon: The 14–17 m² sea view cabins with a window or porthole provide a soothingly open sense of space. Flexible bed solutions, a modern bathroom and charming details make these cabins a pleasant home at sea – perfect for joint discovery trips for couples, friends and families.

Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a cosy hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful room design, a comfortable double bed, optional additional sleeping arrangements and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Veranda cabin Comfort

More space for real holiday moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer approximately 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxed hours in the fresh sea air. Modern amenities, a stylish bathroom and special equipment variants – from walk-in closets to separate areas for shower and toilet – create a particularly pleasant living feeling. The hammock on the veranda turns the view of the sea into the perfect moment of enjoyment.

From aromatic coffee for early risers to freshly baked pancakes in the morning and an extensive dinner after an eventful day of holidays: The buffet restaurants offer culinary variety that leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. Table drinks such as soft drinks, beer and wine are included.

Hotel Medano

Location

Hotel El Medano is situated in the small town of El Medano and is located directly on the beach. In the town centre you will find several shops, bars and restaurants with typical Canarian food. The beautiful swimming bay is also in the immediate vicinity.

The cosy hotel has 91 rooms over 5 floors. The amenities of the house include a 24-hour reception, lifts, lounge, panoramic breakfast buffet with international cuisine, TV room as well as an à la carte restaurant with a view of the Atlantic and the famous "Montana Roja". You have direct access to the sea via the large terrace. In the outdoor area, you will find several sun terraces with free sun loungers and parasols. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

Same equipment as the double room sea view balcony, but slightly smaller, with higher-quality decoration, extra large mirror, bathroom with extra large sink and the balcony with sea view towards the beach side (DDM).

Completely renovated and with the same equipment as the double room Deluxe, these rooms are slightly larger and offer a more beautiful location in the hotel.
As further amenities, the rooms have an electric kettle with coffee and tea (daily refill), daily turndown service, larger TV and bathrobes.
The balcony is either on the beach side (larger balcony and sun loungers) or towards the Atlantic Ocean (DMU).

Dinner is offered as a "Dine-Around" concept (from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.), where guests can have dinner in various restaurants within the town of El Médano. Guests can choose from a selection of set menus/dishes (depending on the restaurant).
In addition, the hotel's own restaurant "Costa Roja" (7 p.m. - 10 p.m./closed Monday + Tuesday) is available. This offers varied dishes with fresh, local and high-quality products. The dishes are served on the ground floor directly by the sea – with lovely, elegant décor. (Reservation of all restaurants required at the reception).
