Bright natural light and a clear view towards the horizon: The 14–17 m² sea view cabins with windows or portholes provide a pleasantly open sense of space. Flexible bed solutions, a modern bathroom, and loving details make these cabins a pleasant home at sea – perfect for joint discovery journeys by couples, friends, and families.

Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feel. Your own balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock offers dreamlike views of the sea. Thoughtful interior design, a comfortable double bed, potential additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Veranda cabin Comfort

More room for genuine holiday moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer approximately 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern amenities, a stylish bathroom, and special equipment variants – from walk-in closets to separate areas for showers and toilets – create a particularly pleasant living atmosphere. The hammock on the veranda makes the sea view a perfect moment of enjoyment.

Full board

From aromatic coffee for early risers to freshly baked pancakes in the morning and an extensive dinner after an eventful day of vacation: The buffet restaurants offer culinary variety that leaves little to be desired. Table drinks such as soft drinks, beer, and wine are included.
Other à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required) and bars are available for an extra charge.

Hotel Medano

Location

Hotel El Medano is located in the small town of El Medano and is situated directly on the beach. In the town center, you will find several shops, bars, and restaurants serving typical Canarian cuisine. The beautiful swimming bay is also in the immediate vicinity.

The cozy hotel has 91 rooms spread over 5 floors. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, lifts, lounge, panoramic breakfast buffet with international cuisine, TV room, and an à la carte restaurant with views of the Atlantic and the famous "Montana Roja". You have direct access to the sea via the large terrace. In the outdoor area, you will find several sun terraces with complimentary loungers and parasols. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

The friendly furnished rooms, renovated in 2023-2024, are equipped with a bathroom/WC with a shower, high-quality mattresses and a small selection of pillows (2 pillows per person with different firmness levels), telephone, safe (for rent), mini-fridge (incl. water upon arrival), kettle with coffee and tea upon arrival, 43" Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (incl.), ceiling fan, premium quality mattresses and pillows, as well as a sea view (DM).

Double room sea view balcony

Same facilities as the double rooms with sea view and balcony, but slightly smaller, with higher-quality decoration, extra-large mirrors, bathroom with extra-large sink, and a balcony with sea view towards the beach side (DDM).

Completely renovated and with the same facilities as the double rooms Deluxe, these rooms are cut slightly larger and offer a nicer location within the hotel.
As further amenities, the rooms feature a kettle with coffee and tea (daily refill), daily turndown service, a larger TV, and bathrobes.
The balcony is located either on the beach side (larger balcony and sun loungers) or towards the Atlantic Ocean (DMU).

Extensive breakfast buffet.
Dinner is offered as a "Dine-Around" concept (from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM), where guests can have dinner in various restaurants within the town of El Médano. Guests can choose from a selection of prepared menus/dishes (depending on the restaurant).
In addition, the hotel's own restaurant "Costa Roja" (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM/closed Mondays + Tuesdays) is available. This offers varied dishes with fresh, local, and high-quality products. The dishes are served on the ground floor directly by the sea – with lovely, elegant décor. (Reservation of all restaurants required at reception).
