The sea-water swimming pools and the center are about 500 m or 10 minutes' walk away, via stairs or a street.

Facilities at this largely modernized traditional hotel with 224 rooms spread across 9 floors include 3 elevators, a reception hall, lounges (all non-smoking), a lobby bar (evenings), a pool and snack bar, and a large air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.
A small garden with a heated freshwater pool (Nov 1 - Apr 30), sun terrace, and sunbathing lawn (sun loungers and umbrellas included). The hotel also features a children's water park.

Double Room 5th or 6th Floor

The rooms (approx. 20 sqm) have the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, but are located on the 5th or 6th floor. Can be booked with sea view (DMO) or Teide view (DTO) as desired.
Also available for single occupancy (EMO/ETO).

Double Room Superior Terrace

Same amenities as the double rooms with sea view or Teide view, but located on the 1st floor and with a large terrace and sun loungers. Upon arrival, you will receive water and a fruit basket in your room, as well as a bathrobe and slippers (2TU).

Double Room Superior Corner Room

Schauinsland-Reisen original until 30.4.26:
Same amenities as the double rooms with sea view or Teide view, located on the 2nd to 6th floor, with an additional corner balcony. Upon arrival, you will receive water and a fruit basket in your room, as well as a bathrobe and slippers (2EU).

Young Traveller Room

The rooms (approx. 20 sqm) are spacious and comfortably furnished, with air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, minibar (empty/included), rental safe, bathroom with shower, WC, and hairdryer, balcony with Teide view. These rooms also feature a furnished balcony and offer views of Mount Teide (DD2).
