Location

The resort of Puerto de Santiago, near the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, is gaining popularity among many German holidaymakers. A black lava beach is located just under 600 metres away on the other side of the street. The town centre with supermarkets (50 m away) and shops is also about 500 metres away. Close to the complex, there is a public bus and taxi stop (50 m away), as well as small bars, restaurants and one shopping centre with a pharmacy (approx. 500 m). The hotel is located on a main road. From Winter 2026, direct access to spectacular hiking trails along the coast of Los Gigantes will be possible.
Close to the complex, there is a multi-purpose sports field and a private tennis court (not belonging to the hotel).

Facilities

The aparthotel, renovated in 2026, with only 79 apartments (bookable as renovated junior suites from 1.11.26) is spread over 7 floors. High-quality materials were used in the construction and comprehensive renovation of the rooms and public areas. Facilities include a reception, lifts, snack bar, swimming pool on the 4th floor with a children's pool and sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are available for a fee. Wi-Fi throughout the complex is included. From Winter 2026, the hotel will offer an exclusive wellness area with a sauna and fitness area for relaxing holidays.

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

Same amenities as the apartments, plus a second separate bedroom (equipped with only one bed) (A23). Air conditioning is available in the living room and the master bedroom. Access to the terrace from the master bedroom is also included. Also bookable with sea view (23M).

Junior Suite (bookable from 01.11.26)

The spacious and bright junior suites feature a cozy living area with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Separate bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom offers a modern shower and toiletries.
Air conditioning is available in the living and sleeping areas, and a furnished balcony or terrace completes the junior suite.

Junior Suite Sea View (bookable from 01.11.26)

With the same amenities as the junior suites, plus a sea view.

Junior Suite Sea View Premium (bookable from 01.11.26)

Equipped like the sea view junior suites in a prime location with a particularly attractive view.
They also offer the following amenities:
