Location

Directly on the impressive rocky coast above the sea, on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. It is approx. a 20-minute walk to Loro Parque; the center of Puerto de la Cruz is approx. 2 km away. Free hotel shuttle bus to the center of Puerto and the beach several times daily (except Sundays and public holidays).

Extensive hotel grounds (40,000 m²), 2 swimming pools (one can be heated year-round), baby pool (heatable), the pool bar offers drinks and à-la-carte dishes during the day, several sun terraces with sun loungers around the pools as well as in the garden. The complex offers a lobby with reception, "Coco Loco" bar, Wi-Fi (included), main restaurant, mini-market, seminar rooms, and parking garage for a fee.
The spacious complex has 18 floors (the hotel rooms are located on floors 9-17).

The rooms are partially or completely renovated (only as a non-binding customer request) and equipped with air conditioning, telephone, minibar (for a fee), free Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (D).

Same amenities as the double rooms, with an additional separate living room. The rooms are located on the 14th-17th floor (S2).
