Location

Central and on a lively street on the western outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. The city center and the popular "Plaza del Charco" are about a 15-minute walk away. The "Playa Jardin" lava beach, created by the famous Canarian artist César Manrique with fine black sand, is only about 250 m away. The bus station is in the immediate vicinity.

The multi-storey apartment complex, popular with German guests, offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, lifts, a bar, a hairdresser, a fitness room, a coin-operated laundry, an outdoor swimming pool (can be heated in winter) and a sun terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas.

Apartment (approx. 32m²)

The 243 apartments are approximately 30 m² in size with a living area and a sofa bed for the third person, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, kitchenette, separate bedroom with 2 single beds, bath/WC and balcony (A12).

From Summer 2025:
Renovated apartments on the 13th floor with a view of Teide can be booked at an additional cost (A1R).
