Location

Located directly on the impressive rocky coast above the sea, on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. The Loro Parque is approximately a 20-minute walk away, and the center of Puerto de la Cruz is about 2 km away. A free hotel shuttle bus to the center of Puerto and the beach runs several times a day (except on Sundays and public holidays).

Extensive hotel complex (40,000 m²), 2 swimming pools (one can be heated all year round), children's pool (heated). During the day, the pool bar offers drinks and à-la-carte dishes, and there are several sun terraces with sun loungers around the pools as well as in the garden. The complex offers a lobby with a reception, "Coco Loco" bar, Wi-Fi (included), main restaurant, mini-market, seminar rooms, and a parking garage for a fee.
The spacious complex has 18 floors (the hotel rooms are located on floors 9-17).

Double room (approx. 30 m²)

The rooms are partially or completely renovated (only as a non-binding customer request) and equipped with air conditioning, telephone, minibar (for a fee), free Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also available with sea view (DM) and for single use (DE/DEM) upon request.

Same facilities as the double rooms, with an additional separate living room. The rooms are located on the 14th-17th floor (S2).
Also available with sea view (S2M) and for single use (S1/S1M) upon request.
