Location

The terraced apartment complex is set amidst a well-maintained garden. It features spacious, renovated apartments (approx. 60-80 m²). Recommended for independent guests who prefer individuality and appreciate comfort. Located in a sheltered, sunny spot near Taoro Park. The complex is situated in a quiet residential area above the vibrant town of Puerto de la Cruz. The old town centre and the beach are about a 15-minute walk away.

The complex includes a breakfast area with a terrace overlooking the subtropical garden, a lift, and a heated freshwater pool with loungers and sun umbrellas. Wi-Fi included. Hot water is supplied by an environmentally friendly solar system.
Additionally, guests can use the gardens, entertainment activities, and restaurants for lunch and dinner at the neighbouring Hotel Tigaiga.

Accommodation

Superior Apartment with partial sea view (approx. 70 m²)

All apartments face west. Living room with dining area and kitchenette, TV with German channels, telephone, separate bedroom, bathtub and separate shower, WC, hairdryer. Located on the 2nd to 5th floors, they feature a large furnished terrace with comfortable amenities. Wonderful views over the Orotava Valley, Mount Teide, and the Atlantic Ocean (2AQ).
Also available for single occupancy (1AQ).

Superior Apartment 2 bedrooms (approx. 80m²)

With the same amenities as the Superior Apartment with partial sea view, the Superior Apartments with 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Most rooms have a partial sea view (2AU).

Super Saver Apartment (approx. 60 m²)

The apartments are equipped with a living area and dining area, kitchenette, TV with German channels, telephone, separate bedroom, bathroom, terrace with table and two chairs, and are located in a less desirable position with no specific view (towards the back of the complex/(SSA)).

For Half Board: Dinner served at your table with a choice of menu, supplemented by a diverse buffet at Hotel Tigaiga (approx. 200 m away).
