Location

3 km above Puerto de la Cruz, situated on a hill with a wonderful view of the city and the Orotava Valley.
Public buses run from the street below in all directions. A hotel shuttle bus runs several times daily (Monday-Saturday) and takes you to the center of Puerto de la Cruz in just a few minutes, free of charge. In the immediate vicinity (on the coast, approx. 3 km away) is the popular saltwater pool "Lago Martianez".

The modern 4-star hotel has 216 accommodation units spread over six floors of an elongated building. The spacious lobby was extensively renovated in February 2025 and features a new design, modern colors, and high-quality furniture. Further facilities include a reception, various lounge areas, a buffet restaurant with show cooking and occasional themed buffets, a snack bar with a magnificent panoramic view for lunch, and a show bar for evening entertainment.
Spread across a plot of around 10,000 m², there is a well-maintained garden area with impressive views of the Orotava Valley, Puerto de la Cruz, the north coast of Tenerife, and the surrounding mountain landscape. The outdoor area offers three swimming pools: one for guests aged 14 and over, one heated in winter, and one children's pool (not heated).
In addition, the complex offers spacious sun terraces with sun loungers. Since 2025, two stylish Balinese beds have also complemented the pool area, providing additional comfort.
Another highlight is the "Mirador" chill-out bar, which opened in summer 2025. In a relaxed atmosphere, guests can enjoy refreshing cocktails, smoothies, and a spectacular view of Puerto de la Cruz. The chill-out bar is not part of the All-Inclusive offer.
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

Suite 1 Bedroom (approx. 58 m²)

Same facilities as the Junior Suites, additionally with a separate bedroom and sofa bed for the 3rd + 4th person in the living room, as well as views of Mount Teide/mountains (S2). Also bookable for single use (S1).

The Premium Suites (58 m²) are decorated in warm tones and invite you to relax. They are located on the upper floor of the hotel, from where you can enjoy a unique view of the sea and Puerto de la Cruz. The suite further features a spacious bedroom, living room, hydromassage bathtub, and a private balcony (MP2).
