Location

In the center of Puerto de la Cruz, separated from the promenade and the dark lava beach of Martianez only by the coastal road. The world-famous seawater swimming pools are located right next to the beach and can be reached in just a few minutes' walk. In the neighborhood, you will find bars, discos, boutiques, souvenir shops, and a large shopping center.

Facilities

Facilities at the 18-story comfort hotel include a reception with a lounge area, elevators, a non-smoking dining room, and a bar. On the roof, there is a spa with a hydrothermal bath (for a fee and for guests aged 16 and over), a gym, several treatment rooms, a VIP area, and an incomparable view of Mount Teide and the sea. The outdoor area offers a swimming pool (heatable), a heatable children's pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers (pool towels available for a deposit), and a snack bar.

Double Room Melia (approx. 24 m²)

All 290 rooms are very attractively furnished and feature wooden flooring, telephone, satellite TV (flat screen), Wi-Fi (free of charge), safe for rent, air conditioning/heating, bath/WC, and balcony (D). Also available for single occupancy (DE).
Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM/DEM).
Teide view can be booked for an extra charge (D2T).

The Level Double Room Sea View

The recently renovated rooms (approx. 28 m²) feature an elegant design with a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, telephone, and capsule coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub or shower, WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, safe (free of charge), bathrobe, mini-fridge (drinks included on arrival day), and welcome gift (flip-flops and beach bag).
The rooms have a balcony or terrace with sea view (DXM).

The Level Premium Room Sea View (TFSA86)

Equipped similarly to "The Level Double Room Sea View," the Premium rooms feature a king-size bed and two balconies (2TZ).

Family Room (TFSA86)

The family rooms (approx. 30 m²) feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with a double bed, up to 2 extra beds, and a kettle (DF2).

Level Junior Suite Sea View (TFSA86)

The junior suites (approx. 28 m²) feature a combined living/bedroom area with a king-size bed and a cozy seating area. The junior suites are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, telephone, iron, bathrobe, and slippers, as well as a bath/shower, WC, and a balcony/terrace with a sea view over Playa Martiánez. Connected Level Double Room Seafront (TFSA86)

The Connected Level Double Rooms Seafront are approximately 58 m² in size and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door. The bedrooms are equipped with double or twin beds and each has a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, as well as a terrace (CI4/CI2).
