The renovated Alua Tenerife hotel is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is approximately 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work by artist Cesar Manriquez, is about a 2-minute walk (approx. 150m). Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
The world-famous Loro Parque can be reached in about a 10-minute walk.

The comprehensively renovated family hotel features 424 rooms across 5 floors, accessible by 6 elevators. Additionally, the building has a panoramic elevator that reaches the top floor, offering a terrace with impressive views of the city and coast. The hotel facilities also include a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel boasts a very beautiful and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sun loungers and umbrellas included), a heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (against deposit), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee).

Suite Duplex Sea View

While having the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 60m²) and spread over 2 floors.
Each floor has a bedroom and a bathroom; the lower floor has a pool view, and the upper floor has a sea view (QX2).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites are more spacious (approx. 40-42m²), feature a connecting door, and are equipped with an additional sofa bed (S2).
