Location

The apartment complex is located in the La Paz district, near the Botanical Garden. The town center and the "Lago Martianez" seawater pools are approximately 1 km away. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafés can be found in the surrounding area. Due to the complex's location, guests enjoy a wonderful view of the Orotava Valley and Mount Teide.

Facilities

Friendly complex featuring studios and apartments, set within a large subtropical garden with a heated swimming pool and children's pool (both can be heated in winter) and a large sunbathing area including sun loungers and parasols. Pool towels (deposit required), 24-hour reception, elevators, buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, snack bar/cafeteria. Wi-Fi (included) in the rooms and entrance area, and an internet corner (for a fee).
