Location

The apartment complex is located in the La Paz district near the Botanical Garden. The town center and the "Lago Martianez" seawater swimming pools are approx. 1 km away. You will find shops, restaurants, and cafés in the vicinity. Due to the complex's location, it offers a wonderful view of the Orotava Valley and Mount Teide.

Facilities

Friendly complex with studios and apartments featuring a large subtropical garden with a heated swimming pool and children's pool (both can be heated in winter) and a large lawn area including sun loungers and parasols. Pool towels (for a deposit), 24-hour reception, elevators, buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, snack bar/cafeteria. Wi-Fi (included) in the rooms and entrance area, and an internet corner (for a fee).
