Situated on a small hill, the hotel offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.
The seawater swimming pools and the city center are about 500 m away or a 10-minute walk via stairs or a road. The shops and restaurants in the La Paz district and the Botanical Garden are also reachable within about a 10-minute walk.

This traditional, comprehensively modernized hotel has 224 rooms on nine floors, three elevators, a lobby, lounges (all non-smoking areas), a lobby bar (open in the evenings), a swimming pool with a snack bar, an impressive rooftop bar on the 7th floor with a stunning view, and two whirlpools (the "BAR THE TOP"). (This bar is not included in the All-inclusive offer.) There is also a spacious, air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Guests can enjoy a small garden with a swimming pool, a solarium, and a sunbathing area (with sun loungers and parasols). The hotel also offers a children's water park with a new infinity pool and a recently opened Splash Bar.

These approximately 20 m² rooms are spacious and comfortable. These rooms also offer a furnished panoramic balcony with Teide view (DD2).
