Location

The Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife is the first Radisson-branded hotel on the picturesque island of Tenerife. It is located on a hill with breathtaking panoramic views, offering a perfect location in Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring Tenerife's main attractions, including Loro Parque, Teide National Park, and the historic city of La Orotava. Tenerife North Airport is approximately 24 km away, and Tenerife South Airport is about 92 km away.

Facilities

The resort features a total of 210 stylishly furnished rooms and 32 comfortable residences, spread across seven buildings with up to four floors (depending on the building). It also offers a 24-hour reception, daily housekeeping services, free high-speed internet access, a safe, and a bicycle and car rental service for a fee. Freshwater pool (heated) with free sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are also provided free of charge. For relaxation, the Laurisilva Wellness Center offers massage services, a whirlpool, sauna, and treatments (for a fee, opening in March 2026).

The complex offers an elegant and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for adults aged 16 and over seeking tranquility and luxury.

Double room with balcony

Comfortable and modernly furnished rooms, approximately 28m² in size. These rooms feature a king-size bed or 2 twin beds (90x200 cm), air conditioning, 50-inch SAT flat-screen TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi (included), minibar (for a fee), safe, bathroom with rain shower/toilet, and magnifying mirror. They also include a kettle with coffee/tea making facilities, an iron, numerous USB ports, and a hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (D).
Also available for single use (DE).

Junior Suite with balcony

The Junior Suites are equipped like the double rooms with balcony, but are larger (approx. 41m²) and additionally feature a sofa bed and garden view (JS2).
Also available for single use (JS1).

Apartment 1 bedroom

The apartments are equipped like the double room with balcony, but with a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are approx. 37m² in size, have pool view, and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).

These rooms are equipped like the double rooms with balcony, plus Crown Service (CD).

Junior Suite Crown with balcony

These rooms are equipped like the Junior Suites with balcony, plus Crown Service (2CJ).

Crown Service

When booking the following room categories (CD, 2CJ), the following services are included:
- Premium service with access to the exclusive VIP area
- Access to a private restaurant with à la carte breakfast
- Separate check-in and personal reception from the manager
- Late check-out (subject to availability/occupancy)

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Buffet breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. Open from 7 AM to 11 AM (Summer) and until 10:30 AM (Winter).
The main buffet restaurant "TREMOR" serves breakfast and dinner. The "MAGMA Bar" offers cold and hot drinks and à la carte lunch.
