Spacious apartment complex, located directly on the 1 km long dark sand beach Playa Jardin, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and the popular "Plaza del Charco."
The Loro Parque is nearby, and the seawater swimming pools are about a 20-minute walk away.

The complex consists of two building complexes with 300 apartments.
The apartment complex features a reception (Building "Bahia II"), elevators, a renovated bar/cafeteria, a buffet restaurant, a small supermarket, 3 swimming pools, and 1 children's pool, with sunshades and sun loungers (free of charge with cushions).
Small children's playground in the pool area.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.

Apartment

The apartments (approx. 44m²) have 1 bedroom, a kitchen (with microwave, coffee machine, and 4-plate hob) and a living room, bathroom/WC with bathtub (hairdryer available for a deposit at reception), rental safe, Smart TV, telephone, and a balcony or terrace with access from the living room and bedroom. All apartments have been renovated (except for the bathrooms). Available to book with a street view (A12) or with a side sea view and shower (2AS).
Also available for single occupancy (A11/1AS) or as type B with a street view, but without meals (AB2).

Equipped like the apartments, with a side sea view, located on the upper floors, and additionally includes a bathrobe, slippers, welcome pack, Nespresso machine with capsules, early check-in, pool towels, free Wi-Fi, and a fruit basket and rental safe (2AQ).

2 Bedroom Apartment

Same amenities as the street-facing apartments, slightly larger (approx. 75 m²) and additionally equipped with a second bedroom (A22).
