The hotel is located in the La Paz district, where there is a supermarket, bus stop, cozy bars, restaurants, and shops in the immediate vicinity. The Botanical Garden of Puerto de la Cruz can also be reached on foot, and it is about a 20-minute walk to the beautiful old town of Puerto de la Cruz and the seawater swimming pools.

The rooms with a new design are friendly furnished with a terrace or balcony (approx. 4.7 m²), satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe for rent, a minibar (empty, can be refilled for a fee), and a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. All rooms have 2 single beds and some are located towards the street (all balcony doors with double glazing). (D)

The Superior rooms have the same amenities as the Double rooms, but are slightly more modern and have a larger balcony or terrace (approx. 10 m²). All Superior rooms have a double bed (DSU)
