Location

The popular hotel with 337 rooms on 13 floors and an international clientele is located on the western outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. The beautifully landscaped natural beach „Playa-Jardín“ is about 200 m from the hotel. The well-known old town can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

The rooms have air conditioning (centrally controlled), parquet flooring, bath/WC, vanity mirror in the bathroom, telephone, rental safe (for a fee), minibar for a fee, flat-screen TV, satellite TV with some German channels, double-glazed windows, and a furnished balcony. The rooms can be located on any floor (D).
Also available for single use (DE) or with sea view (DM) upon booking.

Senior Double Room with Balcony

Same amenities as the double rooms, but with a special price for seniors aged 65 and over. This special price is activated when the age is entered in the booking system (2DY). Also available with sea view (2MY) upon booking.

Adults Club Double Room with Sea View

Same amenities as the double rooms, plus a frontal sea view, located on the 9th-10th floor, renovated, with a docking station, international newspapers, free Wi-Fi, bathrobe and slippers, pillow menu, minibar with welcome package (one-time) including water, wine, beer, juices, and soft drinks, and an espresso machine with a welcome package (tea, coffee, milk, and sugar). There is an exclusive area in the restaurant and by the pool for Adults Club guests, as well as personal check-in, early check-in, and late check-out (subject to availability and upon request). Adults Club guests can enjoy premium alcoholic beverages and juices, water, and soft drinks from the AI menu, as well as sandwiches and snacks at the bar from 10 am to 11 pm (DC).
