Located in the middle of the popular old town district yet relatively quiet. It is approximately 200 m to the heart of the old town, the Plaza del Charco. The well-kept volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin is approximately 500 m away. Shops, bars, and typical restaurants are in the vicinity.

Apartment complex built in the Canarian style with a total of 132 residential units and a large lobby with reception. From the sun terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers on the roof of the building, you have a magnificent panoramic view over the old town.
