Location

The hotel is located in Playa Paraiso, directly on the sea. A small beach and shopping facilities can be reached after about 500 m. Costa Adeje is about 10 km away and Tenerife South Airport is about 30 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, completely renovated in 2020, consists of a 9-story main building and a 5-story adjacent building with 542 rooms. It has a reception, a buffet restaurant, two further buffet restaurants (Asian, Italian), a grill restaurant by the pool and a lobby bar. The outdoor area features an infinity pool (unheated), 3 swimming pools (1x Adults-Only), a children's pool with slides and a baby pool (all heated in winter), a sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms.

Double room

The double rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, sofa, air conditioning, small refrigerator, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (free of charge) and balcony or terrace (D). Optionally available for single occupancy (DE) or with sea view (DM).

Family room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms also have a separate living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, separate toilet and balcony (DF2).
Also available as a family room with 2 bedrooms, with balcony and two bathrooms, each with a shower (2FZ) or as a family room type B with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and balcony or terrace (FAB).

All Inclusive

Breakfast with a varied buffet and show cooking, late risers breakfast/snack, lunch with freshly prepared dishes and dessert selection in the restaurant, and evening buffet with themed nights twice a week. Dinner can be taken in the themed restaurant (Italian, Asian or Grill) by reservation.
National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock in the open bars and restaurants.
Wearing a plastic bracelet is mandatory.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
