The complex is located only approx. 100 m from the tourist center of Playa de las Américas. The sea and several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and it is approx. 700 m to the beach. Tenerife South Airport is approx. 20 km from the hotel.

The family-friendly hotel has 151 rooms, a 24-hour reception, and a laundromat. In the outdoor area, there is a beautiful garden and a playground.
