Location

Located in the southern part of Las Américas, separated from the sea only by the promenade. The center and the local town of Los Cristianos with its ferry and fishing harbor, as well as the nearest sandy beaches, are just a few minutes' walk away. Within the complex, there are various restaurants, bars, internet (Wi-Fi in the reception area free of charge), a supermarket, shops, an underground shopping arcade with boutiques, as well as plenty of entertainment options in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

Generously designed holiday complex with 700 residential units, spread across 11 different buildings, equipped with elevators in all areas. The buildings are arranged around a 1,800 m² seawater pool area, surrounded by a tropical garden with various sun terraces and free loungers (no pool towels available), a water park with freshwater and saltwater pools heated in winter), a children's pool (part of the water park, not separate), a pool bar, and a restaurant. A central reception is available for guests.

Studio (approx. 30 m²)

The studios offer a living/sleeping area, bath/bathtub/WC, kitchenette (with coffee machine), Wi-Fi, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (rental), ceiling fan, balcony or terrace (S12). Also available with garden view (S2G).

Apartment (approx. 45 m²)

The apartments (partially maisonette with open sleeping area) have the same amenities as the studios, plus a separate bedroom and a living room with a seating area and a pull-out sofa (for 3rd + 4th person). The apartments are partly on two levels (A12). Also available with garden view (A2G).
In summer (Summer 2026 on request), also available as an apartment with 2 bedrooms (22B).
