The complex is located just approx. 100 m from the tourist centre of Playa de las Américas. The sea and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the beach is approx. 700 m away. Tenerife South Airport is approx. 20 km from the hotel.

The family-friendly hotel has 151 rooms, a 24-hour reception, and a coin-operated laundry. Outside, there is a beautiful garden and a playground. In addition, there are 2 pools and 2 children's pools (all can be heated in winter). Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are free of charge. Pool towels are available for a fee.
