The complex is located only approx. 100 m from the tourist center of Playa de las Américas. The sea and some restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the beach is about 700 m away. Tenerife South Airport is about 20 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 151 rooms, a 24-hour reception, and a coin-operated laundry. The outdoor area features a beautiful garden and a playground. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form at the buffet restaurant. Snacks from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Soft drinks and local alcoholic beverages, as well as selected cocktails (daily menu) from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the bars that are open.

All Inclusive Emblem Additional Service

When booking Emblem room categories, the following AI services are also included: For early arrivals, food and drinks from 9:00 AM; for late departures, until 4:00 PM. Additional juices, cocktails, and international drinks from the "Emblem Menu" at the respective open bar. Use of the "Picnic" restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (subject to availability).
