Location

Parque Santiago IV is an apartment complex built in a Canarian style, situated on the beachfront between the two tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Américas.
The apartment complex covers a total area of 20,000 m² and is just a few minutes' walk from the various entertainment venues the area has to offer. Playa del Camison beach is approx. 400m away.

Facilities

The complex consists of three blocks and has a total of 300 rooms, elevators in every area, as well as a 24-hour reception and Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas of the complex.
Gastronomic amenities include a restaurant, a cafeteria, and a snack/pool bar in the outdoor area, as well as a supermarket. Further facilities include 2 saltwater swimming pools (1 of which can be heated in winter) and a children's playground.

The renovated studios feature a fully equipped kitchen, telephone, safe (for a fee), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom/shower with toilet, 2 single beds, ceiling fan, and balcony or terrace (U2S).

Equipped like the Superior Studios, but with a sea or garden view (BU2).
The studios located on the lower floors have only a garden view.
