This apartment complex is centrally located in Playa de las Américas. The nearest beach is only about a 4-minute walk away, and a large number of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shopping facilities, as well as Siam Park, are nearby. The golf course "Golf Las Americas" is 2 km away.
Tenerife South Airport is only 16 km from the complex. The Magma Art and Congress Centre is 800 m away, and Siam Water Park can be reached in a 12-minute walk.

The complex has a total of 28 studios, a 24-hour reception (at the neighboring hotel Paraíso del Sol, where check-in takes place), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (incl. rooms) included. There are two pools in the outdoor area. One pool in Paradero (heated). There is a freshwater pool at the neighboring hotel Paraíso del Sol. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Also with a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a pool bar, children's pool. Beach towels available for a fee. Guests can use all Paraiso del Sol facilities (bars, new buffet restaurant, etc.). Check-in is at the main reception of Paraiso del Sol.
