This hotel belonging to the Spring Hotel chain is located in the Playa de las Américas holiday area, approximately 300 m from the sandy beach and within walking distance of the centre.

Facilities

This comfortable complex consists of 371 rooms spread across 8 floors. The hotel features a spacious reception hall with a front desk, lounge, restaurant, "Palapa" pool/snack bar, "Maracaná" sports bar, two additional bars, and a chill-out terrace. In the beautiful tropical garden, there are two swimming pools (one of which is heatable in winter), a new pool with massage jets, as well as a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers, and a seating terrace. For an additional fee, guests can now use the new Balance terrace with a 3-meter cube pool (for guests aged 18 and over). Selected drinks are included with this booking.

Double room

The beautifully furnished rooms (approx. 30-35m²) feature a telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV with a music channel, rental safe, Wi-Fi (included), minibar (for a fee), bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (D/DI).
Also available for single occupancy (DE/DEI).

Deluxe Superior Double room ("Up room")

Bookable for guests aged 18 and over. These rooms offer the best views/location (primarily on the top floors) and are approx. 30-35 m² in size. They feature air conditioning, 49" satellite TV, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (included), pillow menu, coffee/tea maker, and Nespresso machine (tea and coffee capsules – restocked free of charge on request), pool towels, a welcome gift, safe (included), technology set with Bluetooth speakers, and a balcony.
Other services include exclusive access to the "Rooftop UP Terrace" with an infinity pool and two Jacuzzis, and a bar service with snacks and drinks from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (soft drinks, sparkling wine, and beer). Also included is a romantic dinner for two at the "eat and fit" restaurant (minimum stay of 7 nights; reservation required), and a spa circuit plus one massage per person at the Thalasso Spa (each subject to a minimum stay of 7 nights; reservation required). Guests also have access to the lounge area with a reading zone (national and international newspapers) as well as a TV and internet corner in the business center (D2U).

Balance Double room with pool view

With the same features as the standard double rooms with pool view, these rooms offer additional amenities such as complimentary pool towels, bathrobe, slippers, as well as a complimentary safe and a terrace/balcony.
Balance room guests also receive complimentary access to the exclusive Balance area (for guests aged 18 and over). This area features its own swimming pool, a refreshment bar with drinks (beer, water, and juices included), and a chill-out zone with a surround sound system (APD). Also bookable as type B (PBD).
