Occupying a prime location in Playa de las Américas, this hotel is situated amidst a large, subtropical garden complex. From the hotel, guests have direct access to the beach promenade. The hotel is located approximately 700 m from the beach. Reina Sofia South Airport is about 15 km away. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shopping and entertainment venues, restaurants, and bars.

During the day, national alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 9:00 a.m. to midnight.
