On the Playa de la Arena, only a 10-minute walk from the well-kept, fine sandy lava beach and nestled in the charming landscape of Los Gigantes. Shops, restaurants, and typical small bars can be found in the vicinity.

Facilities

The apartment complex, renovated in 2021, with 4-story buildings and 312 residential units is arranged around a large pool and garden landscape. The pool area consists of 4 lagoon-style pools, one with a water slide, a children's pool, and a pool/snackbar with a seating terrace. A reception with a lobby, bar, cafeteria, restaurant with show cooking, and spacious sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas are also part of the beautiful hotel's amenities. Wi-Fi is free in the reception area and in the rooms.

Approximately 38m² and modernly furnished, they have a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with satellite TV, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning (in the living room), ceiling fan in the bedroom, Wi-Fi (incl.) and a terrace or balcony (A11/A1K/A12).

Completely renovated and approximately 38m². These apartments have a separate bedroom (2 single beds of 90x200cm each), a convertible sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning (living room), bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, Wi-Fi (free of charge), safe (incl.), filled minibar upon arrival (daily refill with water), coffee and tea maker, pool towels, satellite TV, and balcony or terrace.
