Location

Located between the resort of Puerto de la Cruz and the small idyllic village of San Juan de las Ramblas, approx. 150 m above the sea in the middle of a beautiful, green finca on a steep slope and surrounded by banana plantations. The 4 houses and residential units are spread across the slope, each with wonderful views of the coast.
From the finca, you have a unique view of the sea and the beautiful black sandy beach El Socorro.
The nearest supermarket and restaurants are approx. 2 km away, the nearest village San Juan de la Rambla is approx. 3 km away, and the popular holiday resort Puerto de la Cruz can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car.
The El Socorro beach is a few minutes' drive away, directly below the finca, and the Buenavista golf course is about 25 minutes away by car.

Facilities

The total of 4 different and separate houses are named after 4 different palm species (Datilera, Canaria, Kentia and Washingtona), surrounded by terraces and beautiful, well-kept gardens where oranges, papayas, bananas etc. also grow. Sun loungers, tables and chairs are available to guests in the garden or on the terraces.
Each house is tastefully furnished with attention to detail, with a cozy living room, separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all houses have satellite TV.
The two residential units "Datilera" and "Canaria" are located next to each other or partly above each other in one house, the other two residential units are located separately.

House 2: Canaria

Has 2 separate bedrooms (H22).

House 3: Washingtonia (bookable on request only)

Is the largest of the 4 houses (max. 6 adults) and has 3 separate bedrooms (2x with 2 beds/1 with a double bed), 2 bathrooms, one of which is integrated into a bedroom. On the terrace there is a table with chairs for 6 people and a small room with a washing machine and a small grill. Otherwise, the same facilities as the other houses (H32).
