This exclusive adults-only resort is located in the most privileged area of southern Tenerife, offering spectacular views: the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean on one side, the silhouette of the mountains and the "Roque del Conde" on the other, and the greenery of the Costa Adeje golf course.

The facilities include 29 River Villas surrounded by two large pools, a central pool with sun loungers and tropical palm trees. Additionally, there are 17 villas with private pools and 4 luxurious overwater bungalows (Lagoon Villas) on a turquoise lagoon. To enhance this experience of relaxation and romance, the Royal River boasts an infinity pool on the hotel's sun terrace where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets, a spa with a thermal cave, and a hammam for beauty treatments inspired by Arab culture.

River Villa 1 Bedroom

The villas feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), Smart TV (55"), minibar (for a fee), safe, Nespresso machine, king-size bed, separate bedroom, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, and a lounge terrace with direct access to the pool-river (V12/V11).
Optionally available with two separate bedrooms (V22/V2A/V2B).

Pool Villa 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the villas, the Pool Villas feature a private pool (2PV).

Grand Pool Villa 1 Bedroom

The Grand Pool Villa with one bedroom features a king-size bed, a separate living area, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet, as well as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and Nespresso machine. The highlight of this room is the beautiful, cozy terrace with a private outdoor pool and views of the golf course (V2).
