Located in the Costa Adeje district. A small bathing cove (with direct access from the pool area) is located near the Puerto Colon marina, and the lively promenade is directly in front of the hotel.

The well-known aparthotel, especially suitable for families, features a reception hall with reception, lounge area, non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a themed restaurant (reservation required at reception, dinner included once per stay for stays of 7 nights or more, twice per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, a card game room, and a bar. Outdoors, there are two freshwater pools (heated in winter) with integrated children's pools, a splash zone, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool/snackbar "Bubble-Bar". Bath towels available for a deposit. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The apartments have been newly renovated and are comfortably furnished. They feature a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator, a separate bedroom, and a living room. All apartments have air conditioning, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, rental safe, and free Wi-Fi (A12).

Family Apartment (approx. 46 m²)

The family apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments, but are equipped with a double bed for parents in the living room (and a sofa bed) and a separate children's room, themed for families, and also include a child stool and bottle warmer. The rooms offer partial pool or garden access (APF).

Superior Apartment with Sea View (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments. Additionally, the rooms offer sea views and bathroom amenities (ASZ).

Excellence Apartment with Sea View (approx. 52 m²)

The Excellence apartments are luxuriously and modernly furnished, with sea views and the same amenities as the Superior apartments. Additionally, these rooms feature a large balcony or terrace with loungers, a refrigerator stocked with a welcome package (drinks) upon arrival, a coffee machine with daily capsule refills, a bathrobe and slippers, bathroom amenities, a pillow menu, and turndown service.
