Location

The Chatur Playa Real Resort hotel is located in the most exclusive tourist town in the south of Tenerife, in Costa Adeje, near leisure facilities and attractions, as well as El Duque beach and Fañabe beach.

Facilities

The Chatur Playa Real Resort has 178 spacious rooms spread over two buildings. The 117 junior suites are located in the main building, and the 61 family rooms are in the annex. The hotel features a reception, 1 buffet restaurant and 1 à-la-carte restaurant (for stays of 7 nights or more, 1 x dinner included, reservation required), 5 bars, a gym, and a hairdresser. The outdoor area includes 2 freshwater pools (one of which can be heated in winter) and 2 children's pools. Sun loungers and parasols by the pool are included; those on the beach are available for a fee.
A special highlight is the newly built Sky Lounge, located on the roof of the main building, which features an additional bar, sun loungers, a shower, a whirlpool, and a separate naturist area.

Family Room Pool View

Comfortable and spacious rooms with a separate bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed. There is also a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and 2 hobs), bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe for rent, telephone, and Wi-Fi. The rooms on the upper floors feature a balcony with a view of the pool, and the ground floor rooms have a small terrace with a view of the new children's pool area (FP2).

Junior Suite Pool View

Located in the main building with a fresh design. All rooms feature a separate sleeping area, a sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe for rent, telephone, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a pool view (J2P).
Also available for single occupancy (J1P).

Junior Suite Upper Floor Sea Side

Same features as the Junior Suite Pool View. These junior suites, bookable exclusively with Schauinsland-Reisen, are located on the two top floors, and as they are situated on the sea side, they even partially offer a sea view (JOM).
Also available for single occupancy (J1O).

Family Room (TFSA39)

These family rooms are similar in size and facilities to the Family Room Pool View but have either a pool or street view (DF2/2FA/SSF/Z2F/2FA/2FB/FZ2/DFI/SZC/KFA/2KA/K16/F2I).

Junior Suite (TFSA39)

These junior suites are similar in facilities and size to the Junior Suite Pool View but may be oriented towards the pool or the street (JS2/JSS/SJ2/J2B/JEI/JSB/JSC/KJ1/JK3).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the main restaurant. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including draft beer, house wine, juices, tea, and coffee) from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Snacks from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. when the restaurant is closed.
There is a pool bar, a sports bar, and a disco bar with All Inclusive service. Once during your weekly stay, you can enjoy a dinner in our à-la-carte restaurant. (Reservation required and only valid for stays of at least 7 nights. Drinks are not included). Appropriate attire is requested. Gentlemen are asked to wear long trousers for dinner.
