The family-run complex is located in the Costa Adeje district, in a central yet quiet location. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday. The sandy beach is approx. 350 m away. Shops and entertainment facilities, as well as the Puerto Colón marina, are in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Playa de Las Américas and Troya beach can be reached in approx. 15 minutes.

The popular apartment complex comprises 174 rooms on 4 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with free Wi-Fi access and a cosy seating area with a large TV for important sporting events. Guests can enjoy culinary delights in the stylish non-smoking restaurant "Ceramika" and the bar "Gomera". Other facilities at the complex include a coin-operated laundry and a lift. The outdoor area features a heated saltwater pool (in winter) and a separate children's pool, the "Guacamayo" pool/snackbar, and a sun terrace with free sun loungers and umbrellas, and pool towels (for a fee and deposit).

Lunch (1 PM - 3 PM) is served as a buffet in the main restaurant or à la carte at the "Guacamayo" pool bar.

From 11 AM to 12 AM, a selection of All-Inclusive drink packages are available daily throughout your stay at the Guacamayo pool bar, Gomera bar, and the main restaurant.
Minor changes to meal times may occur depending on the season and demand.
All-Inclusive guests receive discounts on non-included beverages and products.
Additionally, the minibar is refilled daily, premium branded alcoholic beverages (premium drinks not included), non-alcoholic and hot beverages from the AI menu are available at the open bars from 11 AM to 12 AM.
