Located directly above the Puerto Colón marina with its many entertainment and shopping facilities, just a few minutes' walk from the bathing cove and the promenade. The center of Playa de Las Américas and Troya beach can be reached in approx. 15 minutes.

Facilities

Spacious complex, partially with sea view, with a total of 264 residential units spread over 6 floors. Entrance hall with reception (Wi-Fi in the reception area included) and seating areas, 3 elevators and a reading room. The pool area is located in the nicely designed, extensive outdoor area. One pool with an integrated children's pool and another pool heated in winter, sun terrace with loungers (sunshades (deposit required), mattresses and bath towels for a fee) and a pool/snackbar with seating. Laundry room on site (self-service for a fee).
**Please note that the shuttle buses stop at the "Los Hibiscos" bus stop! You have to walk to the hotel from there.**
